About Our Staff

Larry Helwig - President / CEO

In 1996 Larry established Phoenix Medical as a turn-key solution with all aesthetic equipment and training for physician based practices. With over 15 years of aesthetic laser sales experience, Larry has also trained hundreds of physician's offices in the U.S. and Mexico in laser physics, safety, and efficacy in all types of aesthetic treatments. To better accommodate requests for training and aesthetic treatments, he established Clearskin Laser Centre in 2004. Larry has a degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the Maricopa County General Hospital Emergency Nurse Practitioner Program.

Jennifer Helwig - Event Planner Jennifer has supported Phoenix Medical & Clearskin Laser Centre since its inception.

	Krista Tiehen - Aesthetician / Laser Technician / Trainer Krista has been with Phoenix Medical and Clearskin Laser Centre since 2005. In addition to her work as an aesthetician and laser technician, she trains medspa professionals in the use of DermaSweep microdermabrasion systems and Alma medical lasers.

	Kathy Metcalf - Independent Sales Manager
	While attending the University of Utah Kathy spent her extra time as a makeup artist for various department store lines. There she fell in love with the cosmetic industry and soon found her way to cosmoseutical sales. She was an account manager for Phytomer Group and loved working with customers from Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona. After 8 years she decided to get a little more aggressive (popular Larry term) and joined the Phoenix Medical team. Kathy has always been passionate about dance and secretly dreams of being a Rockette, just like her grandmother! It may be a little late for that… sorry Kathy!
